At Firefly Family Dentistry, we are committed to making your dental care experience as smooth as possible, including providing clear information about our financial policies. Please review the following guidelines regarding payment and appointments.

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible. We require at least 48 hours’ notice to allow us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for care.
- =Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a fee ranging from $25 to $200, depending on the type and length of the appointment.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to help keep our schedule running smoothly.
Payment Due at Time of Service
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. This policy applies to all patients, including those with insurance coverage.

Patients with dental insurance will be required to pay their estimated portion at the time of service.

Any remaining balance not covered by insurance is the patient’s responsibility.
