Jamie – Office Manager

Jamie has been with Firefly since 2020 and has worked in the dental field since 2015. With a diploma in dental assisting and ongoing studies toward a Business Management degree, she enjoys helping patients achieve healthy smiles. In her free time, she loves spending time with her daughter and dog, traveling, and exploring Milwaukee.

Anastasia

Anastasia – Dental Assistant

Anastasia has been part of Firefly since 2019 after graduating from MATC. She takes pride in helping patients overcome their dental fears and achieve confident smiles. Anastasia enjoys karaoke, jigsaw puzzles, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her husband, friends, and pets.

Megan Sandberg – Business Manager

Megan and Dr. Sandberg opened Firefly Family Dentistry together in 2015. She loves getting to know patients and supporting the Firefly team. Megan is President of NewThreads of Hope, a nonprofit organization. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, boating, hiking, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.

Alex – Dental Assistant

Alex joined Firefly in 2024 with over four years of dental assisting experience and three years working in a dental laboratory designing crowns, bridges, and partials. He enjoys helping patients with dental anxiety and creating healthy smiles. In his free time, Alex spends time with his cat, Ollie, practices yoga, and enjoys playing video games.

Grace-Hygienists

Grace is a Dental Hygienist who is dedicated to helping patients improve and maintain their oral health. She joined Firefly in 2025 and earned her Hygiene degree from Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton and brings a calm, thoughtful approach to patient care.Grace is passionate about patient education and takes pride in creating a comfortable, welcoming environment where patients feel at ease and empowered to understand their oral health. She believes preventive care and clear communication are key to long-term wellness.

Outside of the office, Grace enjoys spending time with her older sister, watching movies, and trying new restaurants around Milwaukee.

Katelynn-Hygienists

Katelynn is a Dental Hygienist who is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain a healthy, confident smile.  She joined Firefly in 2025 and earned her Hygiene degree from Waukesha County Technical College. Her background includes five years as a dental assistant, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and discovered her passion for dentistry.
Katelynn values building strong relationships with her patients and works to create a relaxed, supportive environment during each visit. She enjoys guiding patients toward long-term oral health by making care approachable, personalized, and easy to understand.
Outside of the office, Katelynn enjoys spending time with family, going on walks with her dog Bear, and traveling to explore new places.
